On 21 and 22 April, Murazzi Student Zone will remain closed. It will open again on Tuesday 23 April,
according to usual working hours (9 a.m. – 7 p.m.). On May 1 (Workers’ Day), the Student Zone will be open
as well.
ArTorin is a project by a former Accademia Albertina student , known under the pseudonym “Michele Galli”. Using Photoshop, he gives famous paintings a new life by setting them in Turin. The project started in February 2018 and its idea reminds of Cartoorin’s, where characters from cartoons were used (instead of paintings) and placed in various contexts in Turin. A pop language which encourages reflection on contemporary society and also shows us glimpses of Turin and paintings.

On Thursday 28 March at 2 p.m., the new course in social economy will be presented at Campus Luigi Einaudi. The course has been developed as a series of 8 free meetings and it will involve the participation of several guests, who are among the leading representatives of Italian and international social economy. During every meeting, the guests will explain their experiences and
theories. Philosopher Euclide Mance will be present at the first meeting. For more than twenty years, Mance has been involved in the organization of social economy networks in Brazil and he has collaborated with grassroots movements and institutions in many different countries. He contributed to the foundation of the Institute of Philosophy of Liberation and he also worked as an adviser on UNESCO and FAO projects related to local sustainable development.

the creation of the subject for UniTo enrolment campaign for the academic year 2019 – 2020 is

The competition consists in the creation of:
A campaign slogan to encourage the target audience to enroll at the University of Turin for
the academic year 2019 – 2020
An idea for a visual subject (visual component of the message) to be associated with the
slogan. The idea must be described, not represented visually.

The registration deadline for the April session of TARM (Test for the Assessment of Minimum
Requirements) is 27 March by 12.30 p.m. The test will take place on 3, 4, 9 and 10 April.
An early session will take place for students who are currently attending the last two years of high school
and for those people who have already graduated from high school and already have their “diploma di
maturità”.
