Call for application for the admission to the two-year course of study 2020-2022.

Fondazione ITS Biotecnologie per il Piemonte opens the time period in which students can submit their application to participate in the selection of the following courses:

Chemical and Biotechnological industrial production

Higher technician diploma for the quality of products and biotechnological processes system.

Main location: COLLERETTO GIACOSA (IVREA)

Industrial biotech applications for sustainable production and innovative materials

Higher technician diploma for R&D of biotechnological products and processes

Main location: COLLERETTO GIACOSA (IVREA)

Production and maintenance of medical devices and telemedicine applications

Higher technician diploma for the production of diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative devices.

Main location: TURIN

The deadline for the submission of the applications is Monday, 12 October. The applications must be submitted following the instructions of Art. 8 of the call for application

Today, 28 September, the first courses at Unito started again. The courses will be held with a “mixed” mode: each professor will choose whether to give their
lecture in presence or remotely via the platform Webex. Regarding the lectures in presence, only a predetermined number of students will be admitted. Those students will have to reserve a seat through Student Booking and will follow specific access instructions.
What is Student Booking? You will need it to access UniTo lessons.
To access the lessons safely, you will need to reserve a seat in the classroom.
How? Go on “MyUniTo Studente” or “Futuro Studente” and reserve your seat with

the “Student Booking” service.
The service is for:
 students registered to a course with an uploaded study plan and attended
/ planned courses. Students with disabilities will have priority access
 freshmen without an uploaded study plan
 future students who registered on the university portal and completed the
registration process with their personal data

Thanks to McKinsey’s camp; Company, Collegio Einaudi will create a competition with € 2,500 gross as study awards.
Students of Collegio Einaudi of the academic year 2020/2021 can participate if they have the following characteristics:
First Generation students (those whose parents do not have a degree) or
Students registered in Turin universities to:
– a Master of Science course
– a Doctorate
in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economy, Statistics.

Are you creative? Do you study Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Design at Politecnico di Torino? This call is for you!
The deadline for “Intraprendenti” project is tomorrow, 24 September 2020. It’s a
project for Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Design students.
Those that will be selected will work in teams on interdisciplinary and interactive activities to develop problem solving, always with an eye on sustainability.
There is a limited number of possible participants of 200 students. The project is for students of Politecnico of the academic year 2020/2021.

EDISU Piemonte published the new version of the 2020/2021 EDISU call.
The deadline for the presentation of the application for the accommodation service is Thursday, 3 September. The deadline for the application for the
scholarship is Thursday, 1 October.
A help desk service will be active from Monday to Friday until 1 October for any problem the students may have regarding the call, e. g. the compilation of the application. Here you will find all the information to request support.

You have until Wednesday, 30 September to apply to the 2020/2021 Holden Academy special edition. What do you have to do?
 A test that will be held remotely or, in certain cases, that will be held at the school in Piazza Borgo Dora 49;
 if you have chosen to do the test remotely you will have to undergo an interview via Skype;
 don’t study for the test, let your creativity flow!
 If you pass the test, you will have a week to sign up.

AL Lavoro

AlmaLaurea is ready for the return of AL Lavoro, the career day which will take place on 8th November 2018 in Turin, at the Palazzo dello sport of the Parco Ruffini (Viale Bistolfi, 19), from 9.30 am to 5 pm. The event of 8th November will be a meeting between students, graduands or graduates, and representatives of big leader firms of the sector, in order to get to know employment.

AlmaLaurea, university consortium created in 1994, in which today participate 75 universities, represents 91% of Italian graduates. It has always monitored in a constant way courses and performances of students from the employment point of view. It brings demand and supply nearer by making available the curricula of new graduates and evaluating requirements and professional profiles which public and private, national and international firms want.

If you have a qualification obtained abroad and you want to enrol for the first time for a degree course at the University of Turin (Università degli Studi di Torino), you have to apply in advance through the application on line Apply@UniTo, no later than 30th April 2018.

The application must be filled in personally and the included data, as well as the attached documents, must be true.

Starting from the registration for the academic year 2017-2018, the University of Turin deems suitable for registration only foreign qualifications obtained after a school period of at least 12 years and released after having attended at least two years of course of the foreign school system.

Fabriano has been appointed UNESCO Creative City, and in 2019 will host the 13th Annual Meeting of the Creative Cities Network, a network that brings together Bologna, Pesaro, Rome, Carrara, Milan, Turin, Parma and Alba. The project has been approved by the UNESCO, and it aims at creating connections and interchange between the cities that have made the cultural creativity a cornerstone of their economic development.

The Network operates on seven different cultural areas: Crafts, Arts and Folklore, Cinema, Design, Gastronomy, Literature, Media Arts and Music. Precisely on these topics, cities will be able to debate, share their own experiences and enhance their cultural products increasing their diffusion on the national and international markets.

In anticipation of the Annual Meeting UNESCO Creative Cities, in 2019, the Aristide Merloni Foundation, in cooperation with the Comune di Fabriano, has established a competition announcement for the design of the official logotype (coloured, free technique) for the event.

The logotype will be present on the notice, signage, editorial production, website and any other material that has the communicative intentions proposed in it.

It is possible to send your own project until 6th April 2018.
