Università di Torino is one of the most ancient and prestigious universities in Italy. With its 27 departments it includes any areas of knowledge: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and single-cycle degree and Graduate Studies. The University also offers the possibility to access Scuola di Studi Superiori Ferdinando Rossi, an institution of excellence and higher education for University Studies, which offers interdisciplinary courses.

The purpose is the creation of new professionals in the gastronomy area, in order to work in the production, distribution, promotion and marketing in consortium, in companies of agricultural and food companies or in tourist organisations.

At the Public Archive in Turin, as at the biggest Italian archives, it’s set the Archiving Keeping, Paleography and Diplomacy School, whose activity is established by the D.P.R. on 30 September 1963, n. 1409.
