From July 25, 2025, the procedure to apply for scholarships and housing services or for the scholarship alone will be active for the students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and single-cycle degree programs.

The deadline to submit the application is September 9, 2025, at noon (Italian time).

Student service desks are closed to the public; for any information, the ticketing system must be used. From July 25, 2025, a telephone Help desk will be available to assist with the application process (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 16:30 at +39 011-6522701). The Help desk service is exclusively for questions related to filling out the application.
It will be closed from 4:00 PM on August 7 until August 17 (reopening on August 18).
