The Politecnico di Torino – Polytechnic University of Turin – ranks as one of the best technical universities in the world in the QS World University Rankings by Subject for the year 2019. 4,000 universities and scientific institutes were analyzed for the ranking. The Polytechnic of Turin ranks 41 st among the 50 best universities in the world for what concerns the Engineering & Technology macro-area. As for the Civil & Structural Engineering field, it ranks number 24. Turin’s Polytechnic also has a good ranking for the study courses in Architecture (38 th place), Electrical Engineering (42 nd place), Mineral & Mining Engineering (24 th place) and Mechanical, Aeronautical & Manufacturing Engineering (31 st place).
According to an estimate made by the newspaper Sole 24 ore, in Italy the Politecnico ranks second for Higher Education and third for attractiveness.
Censis registered some courses of Università di Torino as the best offered in Bachelor’s Degrees in the country. Psychology courses are in first place, courses of Sport, Engineering and Architecture are in second place, Law, Medicine and Scientific Degrees are in third place.
